Connecting your social media accounts in LEADSORBIT allows you to publish and schedule content across multiple platforms from one place. Once connected, you can manage your social profiles, streamline content publishing, and keep your social media activities organized.
Connect Social Media Accounts
Follow these steps to connect your social media accounts to LEADSORBIT for publishing and scheduling content.
- Navigate to Marketing and click Social Planner.
- Click the Settings (gear) icon.
- Select the social media platform you want to connect (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, or other supported platforms).
- Sign in to the selected platform and authorize the required permissions.
- Select the profile, page, or business account you want to connect.
- Confirm the connection to finish the setup.

Manage Connected Social Media Accounts
Once your accounts are connected, you can review and manage them from the Social Planner settings.
- Open Marketing → Social Planner.
- Click the Settings (gear) icon.
- Review the list of connected social media accounts.

- Reconnect an account if authorization has expired or additional permissions are required.

Disconnect a Social Media Account
If you no longer want to publish content from a connected account, you can remove it from LEADSORBIT.
- Navigate to Marketing → Social Planner.
- Click the Settings (gear) icon.
- Locate the connected account you want to remove.
- Click Disconnect or Remove next to the account.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
- Verify that the account no longer appears in your connected accounts list.
