Setting up an email sending domain in LEADSORBIT allows your business emails to be sent from a branded domain. This improves email deliverability, builds trust with recipients, and ensures professional communication.
Add Your Email Sending Domain
Add the domain or subdomain you want to use for sending emails from LEADSORBIT.
- Navigate to Settings from the left side menu.
- Click Email Services.
- Click Dedicated Domain & IP.
- Click + Add Domain.
- Enter the domain or subdomain you want to use for email sending, such as mail.yourdomain.com.
- Click Add & Verify to proceed.

Configure and Verify DNS Records
After clicking Add & Verify, a popup appears to configure DNS records for your domain.
- Click Continue to auto configure DNS.
- Click Add records manually for manual setup.
- If using auto configure DNS, authorize the domain by providing your domain DNS manager credentials.
- If using manual setup, copy the DNS records from LEADSORBIT and add them inside your domain DNS manager.
- Once the DNS is updated in your domain, return to LEADSORBIT and click Verify Domain.
- Wait until the records are verified. Once verified, your domain is ready for sending emails.

Best Practices
- Use a dedicated subdomain such as mail.yourdomain.com for email sending.
- Add DNS records exactly as shown in LEADSORBIT if using manual setup.
- Use auto configure DNS if you want to complete setup faster.
- Allow time for DNS propagation if verification does not happen immediately.
- Send a test email after verification to confirm deliverability.
Common Issues
- Domain not verifying: Ensure the DNS records are added correctly and click Verify Domain again.
- DNS records not updating: Wait for DNS changes to propagate through your domain provider.
- Auto configure DNS not working: Confirm that the correct domain DNS manager credentials were used.
- Emails going to spam: Make sure the sending domain is verified and follow good email sending practices.
- Wrong domain added: Remove the incorrect domain and add the correct domain or subdomain again.
