Triggers and actions are the building blocks of workflow automation in LEADSORBIT. A trigger starts the workflow when a specific event occurs, and actions define what happens next, such as sending an email, adding a tag, creating a task, or updating a contact.

Create a Workflow

Follow these steps to create a custom workflow in LEADSORBIT.

  1. Navigate to Automation → Workflows.
  2. Click Create Workflow.
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    • Start from Scratch
    • Create with AI
    • Recipe
  4. Enter a name for your workflow.
  5. Click Create New Workflow.

Add Triggers and Actions

Once your workflow is created, you can add a trigger and the actions you want the workflow to perform.

  1. Click Add New Workflow Trigger.
  2. Select the trigger you want to use and configure its settings.
  3. Click Save Trigger.
  4. Click the + icon below the trigger.
  5. Select the action you want to add.
  6. Configure the action settings and click Save Action.
  7. Repeat the process to add more actions if needed.
  8. Click Publish to activate the workflow.

Manage a Workflow

You can update your workflow at any time as your business needs change.

  1. Navigate to Automation → Workflows.
  2. Search and select the workflow you want to manage.
  3. Edit the workflow triggers, actions, or settings as needed.
  4. Click Save after making your changes.
  5. Click Publish to apply your latest updates.
