How to Create Chat Widget in LEADSORBIT?

The Chat Widget in LEADSORBIT allows website visitors to interact in real time, capturing leads and routing messages directly into your account.

Create a Chat Widget

  1. Navigate to Sites → Chat Widget from the main menu.
  2. Click + New.
  3. Select the type of chat you want to create (e.g., All in one chat, Live chat, SMS/Email chat, Facebook chat, Instagram chat, WhatsApp chat, Voice AI).
  4. Click on the type of chat you selected to create the widget.
  5. After creating the widget, update the widget name for identification.

Style the Widget

  1. Navigate to the Style tab.
  2. Configure Appearance settings:
    • Chat prompt
    • Chat icon
    • Theme
    • Welcome message
  3. Configure Widget Customization settings:
    • Avatar image
    • Widget position
    • Widget dimensions
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Configure Chat Window

  1. Navigate to the Chat Window tab.
  2. Set the Chat Window Title and Intro Message for visitors.
  3. Mark mandatory fields, such as Name, Phone, Message, if required.
  4. Click Save to apply changes.

  1. Go to the Messaging tab.
  2. Set acknowledgements and language options.
