Access Business Profile
Start by opening the business profile area where all company level settings are managed.
- Log in to your LEADSORBIT dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings from the left side menu.
- Open the Business Profile section.

Configure Business Information
Enter your core business details. This includes the information that will appear on invoices, emails, and other communications.
- Upload your Business Logo (recommended size: 350px by 180px).
- Enter your Friendly Business Name (what customers will see).
- Enter your Legal Business Name (used in official documents).
- Add your Business Email Address.
- Add your Business Phone Number.
- Enter your Branded Domain (if available).
- Add your Business Website URL.
- Select your Business Niche (e.g., Healthcare, E commerce, etc.).
- Choose your Business Currency.
- Click Update Information to save.

Set Business Address and Preferences
This section allows you to define where your business operates and how system wide settings like time zone and language are applied.
- Enter your Street Address.
- Add your City.
- Enter your Postal/Zip Code.
- Select your State/Region.
- Choose your Country.
- Set your Time Zone.
- Select your Platform Language.
- Set your Outbound Communication Language (if needed).
- Click Update Information to save.

Add Business Registration Details
Provide the necessary legal information and operational regions that define your business structure.
- Select your Business Type (e.g., LLC, Sole Proprietorship).
- Choose your Business Industry.
- Select your Business Registration ID Type (e.g., EIN, Tax ID).
- Enter your Business Registration Number.
- If your business is not registered, select the appropriate option.
- Select your Business Regions of Operation (e.g., North America, International).
- Click Update Information to save.

Add Authorized Representative
Define the primary contact person who will manage the account and handle any official business communication.
- Enter the First Name and Last Name.
- Add the Representative Email Address.
- Select the Job Position.
- Enter the Phone Number.
