AI Voice Agents in LEADSORBIT help automate phone conversations by answering calls, collecting customer information, handling common inquiries, and supporting your team. Once your AI Voice Agent is created, you can configure its behavior, test it, and deploy it to handle live calls.
Create an AI Voice Agent
Follow these steps to create a new AI Voice Agent in LEADSORBIT.
- Navigate to AI Agents → Voice AI.
- Click Create Agent.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Browse Marketplace
- Create Custom Agent
- Flow Based Builder
- Select the option that best fits your needs.
- Click Continue to create your AI Voice Agent.

Configure the AI Voice Agent
After creating the agent, use the Build tab to configure how it responds to callers.
- Select the Voice, Model, and Language for your AI Voice Agent.
- Enter the Agent Role & Objective to define how the agent should respond to callers.
- Configure the Welcome Message for inbound and outbound calls.
- Set up additional options such as Actions, Knowledge Base, Call Settings, Agent Behavior, Transcription & Speech, Translation, and Voice Settings as needed.
- Click Save to apply your changes.

Test the AI Voice Agent
Before deploying your AI Voice Agent, test it to make sure it works as expected.
- Stay on the Build tab after configuring your AI Voice Agent.
- In the Test Audio panel, choose Web Call or Phone Call.
- Select Inbound or Outbound.
- Click Start Web Call or start a phone call to test the AI Voice Agent.
- Review the conversation and make any necessary updates.
- Click Save if you make any changes.

Deploy the AI Voice Agent
Once you've tested your AI Voice Agent, deploy it so it can start handling live calls.
- Click the Deploy tab.
- Under Phone & Availability, click Assign phone numbers.
- Select the phone number you want to assign to the AI Voice Agent.
- Configure the Call Routing settings if needed.
- Enable Working Hours if you want the AI Voice Agent to answer calls only during specific days and times.
- Click Save to complete the deployment.

Common Issues
- AI Voice Agent not answering calls: Verify that a phone number is assigned and the AI Voice Agent has been deployed.
- Phone number not available: Make sure the phone number is added to your account and assigned to the AI Voice Agent.
- AI Voice Agent giving incorrect responses: Review the Agent Role & Objective, Knowledge Base, and other configuration settings.
- Test call not working: Verify your microphone permissions for Web Call or check that the assigned phone number is working correctly.
